Shaobing (Chinese Stuffed Flatbread) Workshop

Date: 23rdd August 2013 (Friday)
Time: 8 – 9:30 pm
Venue: My kitchen in Northampton! Contact me for address.

Shaobing is a type of Chinese flatbread, it’s easy to make and very versatile as you can fill it with a variety of fillings. It’s staple food in parts of China and definitely one that you don’t see on your local Chinese takeaway’s menu.

During the 1.5 hours workshop, we’ll be making the flatbread dough, prepare the filling, create your Shaobing, cook and eat them!

Cups of tea included, of course!

A sneaky peak at the fun we had…
