Cats’ ears noodles, one of the many types of Chinese noodles, is easy to make and incredibly versatile. In this 1.5 hours workshop we’ll make the noodle shapes from http://www.buyambienmed.com scratch, and it will be served in a stir-fry dish as a complete meal.
As usual plenty of tea/coffee/refreshments will be provided!
