Shaobing (Chinese Stuffed Flatbread) Workshop

Shaobing is a type of Chinese flatbread, it’s easy to make and very versatile as you can fill it with a variety of fillings. It’s staple food in parts of China and definitely one that you don’t see on your local http://premier-pharmacy.com/product-category/antiviral/ Chinese takeaway’s menu.

During the 1.5 hours workshop, we’ll be making the flatbread dough, prepare the filling, create your Shaobing, cook and eat them!

Cups of tea included, of course!
