Fruit tarts

This is one of the things that I really really like and I always look at them sitting on the shelves in a nice patissiere, thinking ahhh I really want one but they’re a bit expensive…

So! I thought I’ll try making them!

And they are yum 😉 They really are. Not hard to make at all, it takes time, yes. But not hard.

You can make a batch of the sweet pastry and it will last in the fridge for a couple of days, or you can put it in the freezer for a month. I’ve only used half of what I made, so all I need to do is to just whisk up some more Crème Patissiere and I can have more fruit tarts! Yay!
