Method
- Preheat oven to gas mark 4 / 180'C / 350 'F, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
- Put all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, oats, caster sugar) in one bowl.
- Put butter, golden syrup and milk in a small saucepan and melt. (don't boil it!)
- Tip the butter mixture in the dry ingredient bowl and mix well.
- Spoon onto the lined baking sheets to make little rounds
- Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until it's golden.
